These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and c778 ("c778", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the c778 platform available at https://c778.io and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the c778 service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise specified.

• One account per person: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on c778. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts.

You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before processing withdrawals or when your account activity triggers a verification review. Accepted documents include National ID cards issued in Bangladesh, passports, and utility bills dated within three months.

c778 reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on c778 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no upper limit on deposit amounts, subject to payment provider restrictions.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits are typically credited to your c778 account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. c778 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking networks.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• c778 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.
• c778 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds before processing large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard compliance requirement and does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing.
• Any applicable transaction fees imposed by the payment provider are the responsibility of the player and will be disclosed transparently at the time of the transaction.

The following rules govern betting activity on the c778 Platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen acceptance confirmation from c778. Bets submitted during system outages, connection interruptions, or maintenance windows may not be accepted and will be refunded if deducted from your balance.
• Odds: All displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is formally accepted. The odds displayed at the moment of bet acceptance are the final, binding odds for that wager.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and event type. The applicable limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. c778 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Void bets: c778 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) there has been a manifest error in the odds displayed; (b) the event is cancelled or abandoned; (c) there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns; or (d) a technical error resulted in an incorrect price being offered.
• In-play betting: Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments in an event (e.g., a wicket falling in cricket). Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided at c778's discretion if the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.
• Winnings: Confirmed winnings will be credited to your c778 account balance immediately upon settlement of the event. Settlement times for cricket and other sports events are typically within two hours of the conclusion of the event.

c778 offers betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, in addition to casino games and crash games. Specific rules applicable to each product category are made available within the relevant game or betting interface on the Platform.

c778 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all c778 promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion. Players must read and comply with the applicable promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real funds. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address, payment method, and individual. Circumventing these limits through the creation of multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c778 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on c778, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for manual human use.
• Colluding with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit pricing discrepancies to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of such errors may be voided.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes, facilitates, or is connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, impair, or overburden c778's servers or infrastructure.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Platform.

All content on the c778 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of c778 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Any reproduction, distribution, public display, or modification of Platform content without c778's prior written consent.
• Any commercial use or exploitation of Platform content or features.
• Any reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the Platform using automated means.

The c778 name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of c778. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any c778 trademark, trade name, or service mark.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c778 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Any losses resulting from your inability to access or use the Platform.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred without fault on the part of c778.
• Any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance.
• Any losses attributable to third-party payment provider delays or failures.

c778's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit c778's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

c778 collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered players in order to operate the Platform, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and deliver customer support. By registering an account on c778, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your data is processed on the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligation.
• c778 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform.
• c778 does not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• You have registered a self-exclusion request with c778 or a third-party responsible gaming service that covers c778.

Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus balance and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting c778 support through the live chat function. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you owe to c778 at the time of closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. c778 operates the Platform for use by players in Bangladesh and takes compliance with applicable legal obligations seriously.

In the event of a dispute between you and c778 relating to your account, a transaction, or the outcome of a bet, you should first contact c778 support via live chat or email to seek informal resolution. c778 aims to acknowledge and respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to resolve disputes within 28 days of receipt of a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. c778 will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you in connection with dispute resolution proceedings initiated without first attempting the informal resolution process described in these Terms.
